Basic instruction on choosing shipping methods.

You can specify the selected delivery method in several ways:

1. Indicate your choice of shipping method on the checkout form recommended method. The chosen delivery methods will be available directly in the checkout form. Methods and cost of delivery in the form can be specified, including depending on the amount of the order. In addition, depending on the delivery method, you can change the displayed order form fields, as well as display the delivery conditions.
   Delivery address filter. For each delivery method, you can set up a filter of displayed delivery methods according to the include and exclude rules of the values for each address field that the customer enters in the order form (country, region, city, street, house, apartment, branch, postomat, or the whole address as one line).
   For example, if for a delivery method you specify in the «Region» field an allowed fragment «Kharkiv» and an excluded one «community», then this method will be offered to the customer only if the customer specifies a region containing «Kharkiv» but not containing «community». If the customer enters values in the address fields that do not match the delivery method rules, this method is automatically hidden (or can be shown again when the address changes).
   Dependent selection (countries → regions → cities). In the «Split by countries/regions» block you can define your own value lists. They are shown to the buyer as dropdowns only for the address fields that are enabled for display when filling the delivery address (the «Address/branch fields» block), respecting the parent (first country → then the region of that country → then the city of the selected region, etc.); the final field (branch or postal code) is entered manually. Values can be pasted as a list; for services with an API (e.g. Nova Poshta) service identifiers (ref) are additionally stored for each point — these are the carrier internal codes used to find the exact branch — and they are pulled from the API automatically.

   You can enable and configure the method choice, the filter and the dependent lists in the section «Selecting the delivery method in the order form».

2. Selection of delivery method divided into regions and delivery methods. deprecated Methods and cost of delivery in the form can be specified, including depending on the amount of the order.

   You can specify the choice of delivery method by country and region in the section «Delivery by country».

3. Custom on-the-fly cost calculation (via scripts). You can calculate the delivery cost with your own script and pass it to the checkout form. The value is passed in the form_delivery_price field via a hidden field <input type="hidden" name="form_delivery_price" value="..."> (POST) — the data is read at checkout.
   Details

   Use it when the delivery cost must be formed by your own script (carrier rates, zones, weight, special conditions) and inserted into the order, bypassing the standard delivery methods. Accepted values:

   • A number — e.g. 250 — the cost in the order currency.
   • A number with currency — by symbol (250 ₴, 25 $, 20 €, 50 zł, 1500 тг., 30 ₽, 15 br.) or ISO code (250 UAH, 25 USD, 20 EUR, 50 PLN, 1500 KZT, 30 RUB, 15 BYN). If the currency is specified and differs from the order currency, the cost is converted automatically at the exchange rate.
   • A math formula — like in the method «Delivery cost» field (e.g. 20 + 10%).

   It can be passed both via a hidden form field (POST) and a GET parameter ?form_delivery_price=.... If no value is passed, the selected delivery method cost is used.

How can I add information about delivery methods to product cards?

• In addition to choosing a delivery method, you can create an information block about delivery to all product cards, for this go to «Settings» - «Store» - «Delivery».
  
  In addition, you can specify an individual shipping cost for each product. This can be done when filling out the product card, in the «Delivery» tab.
  
  Delivery description can be placed in the tab. To do this, go to the section «Settings» - «Store» - «View product/Tabs/Variety» and check the box «Show delivery information in the tab».
  
  
• The second way to add shipping information is to create an additional block. In the block, you can place any information that will be displayed in the required categories or in the required languages. For example, you can add information about «Delivery» and «Payment». You can add a block in the section «Settings» - «Store» - «View product/Tabs/Variety» - «Additional block with information in the product card».
