Payment systems

You can use payment systems: MonoPay / Monobank.ua, NovaPay, LiqPay.ua, PrivatBank, Hutko, Wayforpay.com, Fondy.io, iPay, Stripe.com, Square, PayPal.com and others.
Order payment
After placing an order, the buyer will be automatically offered to pay for it using one of the payment systems installed on your website.
Pre-selection of the method
You can set up a pre-selection of the payment method before placing an order on the page `Settings` → `Shop` → `Currency and payment` → `Payment method selection (in the checkout form)`.
Payment after verification
You can enable invoice payment only after order verification: the payment button will be sent to your e-mail or appear in the order status (for each order individually).
Custom invoices
You can generate your own invoices using a link in which you can specify the price, description of the service/product and other data (instruction below — `Generating an invoice for payment without goods`).
Connection of payment systems is possible only for sites with an attached domain.
After connecting the payment system, be sure to send a request to activate it and link it to your site. Attention! For security reasons, you will not be able to change the Merchant ID yourself after activating the payment system.

Payment system fees

We do not charge any commission for using payment systems on the site. The percentages below are set by the payment services themselves and are deducted from the buyer's payment amount.

ImportantRates are set by the payment services and may change. Check the exact fee on the payment system website. To add your own fee to the payment, enter it in the `Add percentage to payment` field: you can specify a percentage, an amount in a currency, or both. For example: `+2%` (percentage), `+100 USD` (amount in currency) or `+2% +100 USD` (percentage and amount together).

Additional settings

1Payment for the order after verification
You can allow buyers to pay for an order online only after you have verified it manually. To do this, in the store settings (tab «Store» → «Payment methods») enable the item «Enable payment by payment systems only after order verification». After checking the order, open it in the sales statistics and allow payment with the option «Payment» → «Allow online payment by payment system». Payment can also be enabled or disabled for each order separately, regardless of the general settings.
2Pay for the order by the selected method
You can change the payment method after placing an order: open the order in «Sales Statistics», select the desired payment system and save the changes — the buyer will receive a payment link. In this case, it is recommended to enable payment only after order verification.
3Payment if the buyer clicks on the link
You can accept payment only when the buyer came via a link that specifies a payment system. The selected payment method is saved in COOKIE and remains active on the buyer's next visits from the same device. The payment method is set by the GET parameter shop_payment_systems: the value equals the method ID (or several IDs separated by commas).

For example: shop_payment_systems, shop_payment_systems=1 or shop_payment_systems=1,2,3, where 1,2,3 are available methods. You can add to previously selected methods with «+»: shop_payment_systems=+1,2,3.

Enable the item «Enable payment by payment systems only after clicking the link with a payment method» in the settings (tab «Store» → «Payment methods»).
4Payment by link
You can create links with a payment purpose, a payment system and an amount. Detailed instructions are in the section «Generating an invoice for payment without an item».
5Payment result messages
After payment, the buyer is automatically redirected to the result page.

On success: http://your-domain/page.php?p=payments&PAYMENT_SUCCESS.
On error or cancel: http://your-domain/page.php?p=payments&PAYMENT_FAILD.

To display your own messages, create a functional page — «payments» — and set the message text.

Connection instructions

The BooStore platform provides the ability to connect many payment systems, while the buyer chooses the payment method himself.
The following payment systems are currently open for public use:

Fondy [fondy.io]

To connect the Fondy payment system, create a store on https://fondy.io/gb/ or https://fondy.io/en/. Specify the received Merchant ID and Secret key.

For Hutko, payment cancellation is implemented in sales statistics, as well as receiving a response about payment refunds (in case of payment cancellation, the information will be sent by e-mail and also displayed in sales statistics).

To connect the payment system, register at https://ipay.ua/. Create a Merchant and specify the received data - `Merchant ID` and `Payment Key`.

The payment system supports: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

For iPay, payment cancellation is implemented in sales statistics, as well as receiving a response about a payment refund (in case of payment cancellation, information will be sent to e-mail, as well as to sales statistics).

To connect the LiqPay.ua payment system, create a store on www.liqpay.ua and fill in the received `Public Key` - Account , and `Secret key`. LiqPay.ua implements payment cancellation in sales statistics, as well as acceptance of a payment refund response (in case of payment cancellation, information will be sent to e-mail, as well as to sales statistics).
Monobank [monobank.ua]

To connect the payment system, send a request for access to Internet acquiring at the link https://www.monobank.ua/e -comm. When filling out the questionnaire provided by Monobank, specify BooStore.pro in the paragraph about CMS. After gaining access, in personal account in the `Acquiring`, `Internet` section, create the `X-Token` key and save it in `Secret key` field.

The payment system supports: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as payment by installments.

For MonoPay, payment cancellation is implemented in sales statistics, as well as receiving a response about the payment refund (in case of payment cancellation, information will be sent to e-mail, as well as to sales statistics).
NovaPay [novapay.ua]

Capabilities (managed via the settings button):
  • Payment type: debit or hold (freeze + finalize/cancel; hold up to 29 days).
  • Mode: acquiring (v1/session) or checkout (v1/checkout/session, with express waybill creation).
  • Waybill / ТТН: none / existing (reuse Nova Poshta ТТН from the order) / create (create a NovaPay waybill).
  • Payment methods: card, apple_pay, google_pay, wallet (identifier).
  • PRRO: supported (products in add-payment).
  • Currency: UAH only.
  • Subscription: not supported.
To connect the payment system, contact NovaPay (Nova Group) to get access to internet acquiring. The `Account / Merchant ID` field can be left empty — after saving the contact information, click the settings button (gear icon) and specify the merchant RSA private key (PEM) and the NovaPay public key (PEM, for webhook) in the popup. Test environment: https://api-qecom.novapay.ua, production: https://api-ecom.novapay.ua.

The payment system supports: Visa, Mastercard and Prostir cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the NovaPay quick payment button.

For NovaPay, payment cancellation (void/refund) is implemented in sales statistics, hold (complete-hold/void), as well as integration with the express waybill (Nova Poshta ТТН): reuse an existing waybill from the order or create a new one.
PrivatBank [privatbank.ua]

Capabilities (managed via the settings button):
  • Payment type: debit or hold (PayParts IPP v2: confirm/cancel).
  • Installments / credit: PayParts (PP/II, at least 2 parts).
  • PRRO: supported (order items are sent).
  • Minimum amount: 300 UAH.
  • Subscription / recurring: not supported by API.
To connect the Privat Bank Merchant payment system, create a merchant on Privatbank.ua, specify the received Merchant ID and Secret key (in Private merchant it is signed as "Password"). After checking the functionality of the payment system, You need to send a request from the Privat Bank Merchant control panel to transfer the payment system to the working mode.
Square [squareup.com]

  • Payment type: debit. Hold (two-step) is not supported by Payment Links.
  • Subscription / recurring: supported (Square Subscriptions, Billing).
  • Installments / BNPL: Afterpay/Clearpay (via accepted_payment_methods).
  • Payment methods: apple_pay, google_pay, cash_app_pay, afterpay_clearpay.
  • Order items: sent as line_items (name, quantity, price).
  • Customer data: buyer email (pre_populated_data).
  • Tipping: supported (allow_tipping — buyer chooses the percentage on the Square page).
  • PRRO: not supported.
  • Currencies: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, PLN, NZD, CHF (and others per account).
  • Refunds: implemented (refund from sales statistics).
  • Sandbox: test environment available.
To connect, register at https://developer.squareup.com/ and create an app in the Developer Dashboard. In the app, open the `Credentials` tab, click `Show Access Token` and copy the `Access Token` (Production) into the `Secret key` field. To test, enable `Sandbox` in the method settings and use the Sandbox Access Token (from the app in Sandbox mode).

Square Payment Links: the buyer pays on the Square page; after payment, Square itself returns the buyer to the result page (redirect_url). The `payment.updated` webhook speeds up order confirmation; if it is not configured, the order is confirmed when the buyer returns (status check via API).

Refunds are implemented in sales statistics for Square (refund via POST /v2/refunds).
Stripe [stripe.com]

  • Payment methods: card, klarna, afterpay_clearpay, affirm, link, alipay, apple_pay, google_pay, ideal, giropay, sofort, bancontact, sepa_debit.
  • PRRO: not supported.
  • Currencies: 135+.
To connect to the payment system, register using the link https://stripe.com/. In the `Developers`, `API keys` section you can find `Publishable key` and `Secret key`.

Payment system supports: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, Discover, American Express and others...

For Stripe, payment cancellation has been implemented in sales statistics.

To connect the Wayforpay payment system, register at https://wayforpay.com/. Add a store and fill in the received `MERCHANT LOGIN` - Account, and `MERCHANT SECRET KEY` - Secret key.

The payment service supports the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment via terminal, installment and others.
Select the required payment methods in the settings button (they will be applied for customers). Wayforpay implements payment cancellation in sales statistics, as well as receiving a refund response (in case of payment cancellation, information will be sent to e-mail, as well as to sales statistics).
WebMoney [webmoney.ru]

1. Wallet and passport
To accept payments via the Web Merchant Interface, your WMID must have a Merchant Passport. With an initial or personal passport you can also accept payments, but with limits. Passport requirements: https://merchant.webmoney.com/conf/passport.asp.
Create a wallet of the required currency (WMZ — USD, WMR — RUB, WME — EUR, WMU — UAH). The wallet number looks like Z123456789012.

2. Wallet settings in the Web Merchant Interface
In the Merchant cabinet, opposite the wallet, open "Configure". In the wallet settings set the values (as in the Merchant panel):
  • Test/Live mode — "live" (for real payment acceptance).
  • Trade name — your store name (shown to the buyer).
  • Secret Key — the wallet secret key; also enter it into the "Secret key" field on the website.
  • Send to Result URL if secrecy is ensured — enable.
  • Secret Key X20 — secret key for the SHA256 scheme (if you use SHA256 signing).
  • Send parameters in a preliminary request — enable.
  • Proxy for Result URL — "do not use".
  • Success URL method — POST; Fail URL method — POST.
  • Allow using URLs passed in the form — enable (so the site can pass the result addresses).
  • Send payment error notification to keeper — enable.
  • Checksum (signature) generation method — SHA256.
  • Require transaction confirmation by SMS — optional (usually "on"), require signed payment form — "off", ensure uniqueness of lmi_payment_no — "off".
    These parameters can be left at their defaults — they are not required for the method to work.

3. What to enter in the payment system form on the website
  • Account — the seller's WM wallet number (e.g. Z123456789012). This number is checked when the payment is received (LMI_PAYEE_PURSE).
  • Secret key — the wallet Secret Key from the Merchant panel (used to verify the checksum/signature of requests).

4. Paths (URLs) to specify in the WebMoney settings (Result / Success / Fail)
These addresses are automatically inserted into the payment form on the website, but for guaranteed operation also specify them in the wallet settings. Replace http://your_site_address and language_code with your own values:

5. Verification
After the setup, make a test payment. Make sure the order is confirmed in the sales statistics and that the return to the site works correctly. If the payment is confirmed but the site does not see the result — check that the Result URL is reachable (returns HTTP 200) and that server-side receipt (POST notification, without requiring the buyer to return) is enabled.
YooKassa [yookassa.ru]

  • Installments: supported (payment_method_data.type=installments).
  • Payment methods: cards, SberPay, YooMoney wallet, SBP, installments.
  • PRRO: not supported.
  • Currency: RUB (mainly).
To connect YooKassa, register at https://yookassa.ru/. Put the `shopId` in the `Account` field and the secret key in the `Secret key` field. For automatic order confirmation (even if the buyer does not return to the site), set up HTTP notifications once in the YooKassa dashboard (Integration — HTTP notifications) to https://your-domain/codes/payment_systems/yookassa/yookassa.php?PAYMENT_RESULT&result_payment_system=XX. If the webhook is not configured, the payment will be confirmed when the buyer returns to the result page (status check via API).
Attention!
  • All payments are made only after placing an order. The buyer first places an order, after which a payment number is generated.
  • You can enable payment method selection in the checkout form: in the settings, in the «Store» tab → «Currency and payment» → «Payment method selection (in the checkout form)».
  • You will be notified when a new order is created. For online payments you will also receive a payment notification with additional data (order amount, currency, transaction ID, etc.) so you can verify the correctness of the payment.
  • In the payment status in the sales statistics, an icon with a notification about payment via the payment system will appear.
  • For paid online orders, the «Payment» column will be set to «Paid online, not verified». After checking the payment, you can change the status to «Verified» or «Not paid».

Generating an invoice for payment without an item

You can create a link, by clicking on which an invoice for payment will be generated. In the link you can specify various data, as well as the automatic selection of the payment system through which the order will be paid.

Attention! The buyer can change the price or data from your link before paying — always double-check the amount and data yourself.
Be sure to connect the payment systems that buyers can use to pay. Otherwise, when placing an order, the buyer will be notified of a new order, but will not be able to choose a payment method.

How the contact data collection script works
The script finds all links that lead to the order generation page payment.html and opens a popup when clicked. The entered data (name, e-mail, phone, description) is automatically added to the link — you will see it when viewing the order in the sales statistics.

To pass contact data to the statistics, use the variables: payment_email, payment_soname, payment_phone. Additional text is added to the payment_desc parameter.
Payment only by link with a payment method
If payment systems are connected on your site, you can accept payment only when the buyer follows a link that specifies a payment system. The selected payment method is saved in COOKIE and remains active on the buyer's next visits from the same device.

The payment method is set by the GET parameter shop_payment_systems, the value equals the method ID (or several IDs separated by commas). For example: shop_payment_systems or shop_payment_systems=1,2,3.

You can add to the previously selected methods with «+»: shop_payment_systems=+1,2,3. To remove a method, use «-» or the value false.

Attention! If a method is specified without «+» or «-», the previously selected methods will be replaced. The parameter can also be sent as a POST request from the form when the customer places an order.

Platform

Which payment systems does BooStore.pro support?
The platform supports: LiqPay, PrivatBank, Fondy, PayPal, WayForPay, Monobank, NovaPay, WebMoney, Square, Stripe, Hutko, iPay and others. The buyer chooses the payment method at checkout.
Can I set my own fee/percentage on payments?
Yes. In the payment system settings there is a field «Add percentage to payment» — enter a value, e.g. +2%. This percentage will be added to the buyer's payment amount.
Can I set up a recurring payment (subscription)?
Yes. Recurring payments are supported by: LiqPay, Monobank, Fondy, PayPal, WayForPay, Stripe, Hutko. Enable the subscription in the method settings and set the interval (day/week/month/year). It can be enabled automatically or chosen by the buyer.
Which payment systems support PRRO (fiscalization)?
PRRO and order items transfer are supported by: LiqPay, PrivatBank, WayForPay, Monobank, Hutko, iPay.
Can I accept installment payments / pay later?
Yes. Installments are supported in LiqPay (split), PrivatBank (PayParts), WayForPay (payParts), Fondy, Hutko (installments), Stripe (klarna/affirm/afterpay), PayPal (Pay Later).
Which currencies are supported?
The platform supports multicurrency. Be sure to enable: BYN, EUR, KZT, PLN, RUR, UAH, USD (depends on the payment system). You can set a forced currency and auto-conversion by language in the settings.
Is it safe to pay on the site?
Yes. All payments are processed by the payment systems (PCI DSS). The platform does not store buyers' card data. Each callback from a payment system is verified by digital signature.
How does the buyer choose the payment method?
The buyer chooses the payment method in the checkout form. You can also pre-select the method, specify it in the payment link, or enable payment only after order verification.
What is a hold / two-step payment?
Hold means freezing funds on the buyer's card without immediate charge. After order verification you confirm the charge (capture) or cancel the freeze. Supported in LiqPay, Monobank, PrivatBank, Fondy, Hutko, WayForPay, Stripe, PayPal.
How do I refund money to a buyer?
A refund is made from «Sales Statistics» (refund button). Refunds are available for a limited period (usually 1 week) and depend on the payment system.
Is partial refund supported?
Yes. Partial refund (returning part of the payment amount) is supported. You can issue a refund from «Sales Statistics» by choosing a partial refund and entering the amount. Please note: not all payment systems support partial refunds through their API — some merchants (e.g. NovaPay) allow full refunds only.
Can I manage payments through the BooStore Commerce API?
Yes. Through the Commerce API (WooCommerce API) you can manage payments for an order: confirm a hold (charge the frozen funds), cancel a hold (release the funds) and perform a refund — full or partial (with an amount). This is done with the payment_action parameter when updating an order. Partial refunds are available if the payment system supports them through its API.
Is there a test mode (sandbox)?
Yes. PayPal, iPay and some other systems support a test mode (sandbox) to verify payments without real charges.
Are Apple Pay and Google Pay supported?
Yes. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported in most payment systems (LiqPay, Fondy, Hutko, WayForPay, Monobank, Stripe, etc.) and are shown on the payment service side.

Methods

LiqPay: what features are available?
LiqPay supports: regular payment and hold, recurring payments (subscribe), installments (split), PRRO (order items), payment methods (card, privat24, masterpass, googlepay, applepay, etc.), currencies UAH/USD/EUR.
PrivatBank: what features are available?
PrivatBank supports: regular payment and hold (PayParts IPP v2), installments (PayParts PP/II, at least 2 parts), PRRO, minimum amount 300 UAH.
Fondy: what features are available?
Fondy supports: regular payment and hold (preauth + capture/reverse), recurring payments (subscription + recurring_data), installments, 150+ currencies. PRRO does not send order items — only the total amount.
PayPal: what features are available?
PayPal supports: regular payment and hold (AUTHORIZE + capture/void), recurring payments (Billing Subscriptions), Pay Later / PayPal Credit, many currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, etc., but not UAH), sandbox test mode.
WayForPay: what features are available?
WayForPay supports: regular payment (SALE) and hold (AUTH + Settle), recurring payments (regularMode: daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/halfyearly/yearly), installments (payParts), PRRO, currencies UAH/USD/EUR.
Monobank: what features are available?
Monobank supports: regular payment and hold, recurring payments (subscription create: day/week/month/year), PRRO, currency UAH (the bank converts foreign cards). Installments are not supported.
NovaPay: what features are available?
NovaPay (Nova Group) supports: regular payment and hold (freeze + complete-hold / void, up to 29 days), acquiring (v1/session) and checkout (v1/checkout/session with express waybill ТТН creation) modes, payment methods card / apple_pay / google_pay / wallet, PRRO (order items), currency UAH. Subscriptions and installments are not supported.
Square: what features are available?
Square supports: regular online payment (Payment Links), payment methods Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and Afterpay/Clearpay (installments / BNPL), order items (line_items) and buyer email. Hold (two-step) and subscriptions are not supported via payment link. Sandbox test environment is available. Currencies: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, PLN, NZD, CHF and others per account.
Stripe: what features are available?
Stripe supports: regular payment and hold (capture_method=manual), recurring payments (mode=subscription), installments (klarna/affirm/afterpay), payment methods (card, apple_pay, google_pay, ideal, sofort, etc.), 135+ currencies.
Hutko: what features are available?
Hutko supports: regular payment and hold (preauth + capture/reverse), recurring payments (subscription + recurring_data), installments, PRRO (reservation_data — order items), currencies UAH/USD/EUR/GBP/CZK.
iPay: what features are available?
iPay supports: regular payment (debit), PRRO (order items), refund, currencies UAH/USD/EUR/GBP/CZK, sandbox (test environment). Recurring payments and installments are not supported by API.
WebMoney: what features are available?
WebMoney supports only regular payment (debit). Hold, recurring payments, PRRO and installments are not available for this method.
